      Prof.Junqiang Xia ,is one of "Chutian scholar" distinguished Professor and a member of  International Water and Environmental Engineering Society.
      He had been engaged in collaborative research at Cardiff University from 2007 to 2010 in UK. His main researches are for riverbed evolution law , numerical simulation technology and estuary water and sediment movement simulation technology. He has hosted and participated in more than 20 research projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation twice, National Science and Technology Progress Award second prize twice, provincial and ministerial level first or second  Technology Award four times, the British RAE International Cooperation Award once.
