Prof.Yifeng Chen ,is one of "Luojia Scholar" distinguished professors of Wuhan university, a member of Rock mechanics professional committee of Chinese Hydraulic Engineering Society and youth working committee of Chinese Society for Rock Mechanics and Engineering, the vice director of Hubei provincial society of Rock mechanics and engineering seepage committee and so on. He has been Selected for New Century Excellent Talents in 2009 and granted the first national outstanding youth science fund project funding.
He has mainly been engaged in teaching and research work of geotechnical multi-field coupling mechanism ,stability analysis , seepage control ,environmental effects and other aspects.
